Sweetheart Room FAQs

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING BEFORE BOOKING:

Where is Bella Noir located?

Answer: We are located in Denver, Colorado. We are able to service the Metro Denver area.

Does Bella Noir travel out of state?

Answer: YES. A travel fee is required for all out-of-state bookings that varies depending on date and location.

Is Bella Noir responsible for booking hotel rooms and Airbnbs?

Answer: NO. We only provide decorations/designs. We DO NOT book your hotel or Airbnb.

Does the client have to be present during the decoration process?

Answer: NO. In fact, most customers are never around when we are decorating. For hotels, You MUST Be Checked In To Your Hotel Already Before Your Appointment. We Can Not Check In For You. Clients usually add the name of our founder (Tiara Jackson) to the hotel reservation, so when she arrives at the hotel, she can just grab the key from the front desk and immediately begin decorating. For Airbnb's keyless entry is mandatory, please confirm that your Airbnb is keyless entry before booking, the day of your appointment you will need to share the access instructions to your Airbnb with your decorator.

Policies

Please note that there is a non-refundable 90% retainer due at the time of booking for all clients, if booked at least 3 weeks prior. The remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to room set-up. Balance in full is due if booked 2 weeks prior to date of service. Payable via invoice that will be emailed to client. No cash payments accepted.

A Travel/Parking Fee Will Be Added To Your Total, This Fee Starts At $25 And Can Increase Depending On Your Hotel/Location.

AirBnBs Are An Additional $50 Fee & Are Required To Be Self Check-In / Keyless Entry.Only

No High Ceiling Rooms For Room Decor

For Colorado clients or clients booking in Colorado, bookings must be scheduled at least 2 weeks in advance.

For out-of-state clients, bookings must be scheduled at least 4 weeks in advance.

Bookings are not confirmed until your deposit is sent and received.

Bella Noir is not responsible for room clean up and the fees that might be associated with doing so unless you booked a Bella Noir next day cleaning service!

Bella Noir is not responsible for any injuries caused within your booking location as a result of our decorations.

For clients who booked a Bella Noir next day cleaning service, you must be willing to leave your hotel room or Airbnb by 10:00 the following morning décor services are rendered.

Clients are able to reschedule an appointment, but your retainer will not be refunded and there is a $150 rebooking fee. You will have to contact us for your new proposed date and your new proposed date must be 60 days or less from your original scheduled date. Cancellations MUST be made at least 24 hours in advance to be refunded your remaining balance payment if it has already been paid.

You will be charged a late fee of $75 if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment.

Your booking will be cancelled if you are more than 30 minutes late to your specified arrival time.

All retainers are non-refundable.

We understand that life happens and you aren't always able too follow through with plans, we will always work with our clients to be fair and come up with the best solution.
